1. About Ludo Sync

Ludo Sync ("the Service") is a game and media launcher for Windows, operated by Ludo Sync. For enquiries, contact hello@ludosync.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ludo Sync. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ludosync.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost and includes a defined set of features as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Free tier with reasonable notice.

5. Pro Subscription

Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Founding Member rate: The first 250 subscribers are locked in at £3.99/month for 24 months from the date of their subscription.
• Standard rate: After the founding member period, the standard price is £5.99/month.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the Service, contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Ludo Sync
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or access Pro features without a valid subscription
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share, resell, or transfer your account to another person

7. Third-Party Games and Media

Ludo Sync is a launcher and organiser. It does not provide, distribute, or host any games, films, or TV shows. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through Ludo Sync is legally obtained and that your use complies with the terms of the relevant platforms and rights holders.

8. Intellectual Property

Ludo Sync, its logo, design, and software are the property of Ludo Sync. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Ludo Sync available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or make changes to the Service with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime or changes to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludo Sync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of save files, or interruption to access. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@ludosync.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Ludo Sync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
