• Account data: Your email address and a hashed password when you register.
• Subscription data: Billing information is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of subscription status from Stripe.
• Usage data: Information about how you use the app, including which features are accessed and error reports, to help us improve the product.
• Library data (Pro): If you use Cloud Saves, your save file data is stored securely so it can be synced across devices.

We do not collect data about the specific games you own, your playtime, or your media files beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

• To process your subscription via Stripe
• To provide cloud save sync (Pro users)
• To respond to support enquiries
• To improve the app based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Ludo Sync uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Supabase Privacy Policy
• SteamGridDB / IGDB / TMDB — artwork and metadata APIs. These services receive search queries (game/film titles) from your app session.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
